WOW, WP! You made out like a bandit! GOOD ON YOU!

Rice for breakfast was a stand by go-to when I was a kid. With cinnamon and raisins. Mom would make it warm for dessert at dinner the night before and then it was chilled and ready to help us start our day.

If there was any left over, Mom would make home made rice pudding–all golden and creamy. Yummy memories!

I’m MUCH too young for Depression stories. I only know what the big kids told me! grin
